Golf Fitness Training - Par Pack
A 3-session training package for people who are passionate about golf and committed to improving their game. In 3 sessions, we'll utilize cutting-edge technologies and PGA training methods to help you reach your goals.
What does the program include?
Three 60 min in-person gym sessions. By the last session, you will have a personalized golf fitness training program to follow on your own.
- Session 1: Test your mobility, strength, speed, and body composition. We will compare your results to PGA and LPGA tour professionals.
- Sessions 2: Establish your Periodization Plan with the precise order and intensities per cycle
- Session 3: Practice the entire takeaway program with proper form.

I have 30 years of experience training professional athletes, and 6 years of golf-specific fitness training for the Professional Golf Federation in Morocco (FRMG). I was also the personal golf fitness coach of His Royal Highness, Prince of Morocco, from 2017-2020.
