I will guide you through a comprehensive 90-min Fitness Strategy Session. The results of the session will serve as a “blueprint” that we will use to design your personalized fitness program, ensuring that you safely meet your goals. Every person who trains with me has a unique exercise protocol based on the results of this initial Fitness Strategy Session.
Fitness strategy session details:

First, we will meet in a private location to review your health history, past injuries, training history, specific fitness goals, and your dos and dont's.

Second, I will guide you through the Functional Movement System Screening (FMS) and fitness test. The FMS allows us to evaluate and identify your asymmetries and/or limitations. We will quickly identify high-risk movement patterns and strategize on the best methods for improving, strengthening, and reducing your risk of injury. The movement screen will allow us to set and achieve safe and realistic goals while also creating a baseline with which to measure your progress and performance.

Lastly, we will conduct a body composition analysis with InBody. The analysis will provide a detailed review of your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, fat mass, and overall weight. The body composition will also help guide our fitness strategy and track your progress, ensuring you achieve your goals.

This meeting is for potential new clients only. This meeting is NOT a commitment to personal training services with MFL. If you decide not to train with us after this 90-minute session, you will be provided with all of your test results and notes so that you can use them in your future fitness plans. Your information will be stored according to privacy and compliance laws.
